  I don't normally do steelbooks. Most of my steelbooks were 2nd hand or extremely cheap. Anyway, I got an email from Rarewaves to pre-order this lovely Godzilla Minus Zero set. As far as I know, the film has only been released as a single disc 4K in the UK. This version contains the film on 4K and HD, a third bluray has Godzilla Minus Zero Minus Colour (B&W version) and a fourth disc has bonus features. Also, the steelbook slipcover glows in the dark! All for £35. Sigh. Ordered.

  Ooops. An unreleased Nicholas Cage film, called Fortitude, was stolen from Netflix. The film was delivered to the Netflix acquisitions office by a producer on a DCP. These are used in cinemas, basically an encrypted hard-drive containing the film. But the film wasn't encrypted, and that hard drive, amongst several others, have been stolen.   A bit niche but anyone else use Standard Notes with Firefox/Waterfox/other fork? Standard Notes works fine on my phone but in Waterfox, when I try and login, I get, "NetworkError when attempting to fetch resource." But I can log in with MS Edge with no problems. I found one person with the same problem on Reddit from a week ago but with no solution. I'm taking the easy route out, what's a good note-taking app alternative with cloud backup?

  Back in the days of early DVDs, I used to laugh at what the studios claimed were special features. My favourite was "Interactive Menus" Well, of course!? What is a non-interactive menu?   A five part, five hour documentary about the history of the classic TV show, Knight Rider. This looks really interesting, there's even raw footage of KITTs stunt jumps. It looks like the local garages and body shops were kept in work! It's available on Blu-ray later this year, the cheapest edition is $99.   I wondered if the new film, Michael, would sanitizer his story. Apparently, the film did feature the scandal which was the basis for the third act. Then the Jackson estate realised legally they couldn't because one of the singer’s accusers, Jordan Chandler, barred the depiction or mention of him in any movie.   Well, my break is over and I go back to work today. For reasons too long to explain in a toot, I haven't been able to listen to my usual podcasts since December. That changes today, and I can start on my backlog, only 95 hours to go. 😆 Luckily, I listen at work all day, every day, so hopefully, I'll get through a good ⅔ this shift.

  Just finished the last season of The Umbrella Academy. It's a shame that it feels like you really need to watch these on a regular basis once it's all finished. We've had to resort to YouTube to help explain what had happened across the seasons. It doesn't help there are very large gaps in-between seasons and we can't watch them as regularly as everyone else. Still entertaining though.
