Wow. It's almost like supporting Linux was possible all along.

    @gordoooo_z The worst of it is that usually printer support doesn't even need binaries/software. It's "just" a PCAP file (ok, maybe that's an over-simplification) and it's got even easier of late, because a lot of printers now accept "universal" formats like PDF and other document description languages. I think it's mainly just because the manufacturers don't get many requests for Linux drivers, and they also know that popular models will get generic support from the "community" eventually, at no effort from them. Glad to see Brother supporting Linux though.
