What #Amodei and Huang don't want you to do, is exactly what must be done: fire up #pi-dev with a Chinese open weights model and just use it for one-shotting the boilerplate. In the UK, you can even copyright the output, and it's illegal for them to train on your own data. But #Starmer and #Reeves want to bend over for #FAANG, due to the specious "economic growth" woo. The House of Lords already smacked them down on it with the report on #GenAI last month.
