My son needs to get some survey responses for an assignment at college. Dont take it too seriously, it&#39;s just a 3 or 4 questions and the aggregated results are purely for a college assignment :-). @acf Page 3 misses extra nonobligatory input 'Why?' for every question on the page. Collecting such inputs can improve the next iteration of this research. The research itself is quite interesting, but lacks the feedback to uncover the unknown.

@acf Online forms make this stuff so easy. When I was in uni I had to write our own online questionnaire form in PHP! (But we were doing tricky psychology student things with question ordering, so there’s that.)

@acf One of the challenges with surveys like this is crafting the questions. I struggled with a few questions that presumed AI should or would be used when I wanted to answer that I didn’t think it should.
