@Quasit I thought about this at some point last year. Key would not to immediately rollback all the executive power Trump has used, but for the successor to use it first. Force SCOTUS to tie itself in knots explaining why it was okay for Trump to do things, and not a Dem president. And then once stuff is restored, do the legislative push to fix the holes and shore up the balance between the branches to prevent it happening again But that calls for immense political will that will not exist
