@clayote @beemdvp 💯this. After the hiring sprees during and before the pandemic they had no need for people any more and any tech would have been a good excuse to fire people. And this tech is so easy to sell as it fakes being intelligent. It reminds me a lot of the outsourcing bubble 20 years back. In most cases you can replace the word AI with outsourcing and it still works. And all of these waves have one goal: resetting/lowering salary levels
