@monstreline just want to note, my mom did this all the time. She was an insomniac though so had to grab naps when she could. I'm lucky to be an easy solid sleeper!

@TheresaReason I love that your sleep is solid! I remember my grandmother’s sleep being all over the place…two hours here, two hours there…I have a feeling it comes for us all eventually. My mum is 80 and is starting to remind me of my grandmother
