@osma @greene Agreed, as I say, the decision (made by the parent) is made without regard to consequences.
I'm not saying they're making a good decision by going down the free-birthing path. If you think I'm in any way suggesting the decision to forgo the medical expertise is acceptable, think again.

I don't think that. But I also think that comparing this to a situation where an adult is making stupid decisions concerning their own life is incorrect. The child is their own person with rights protected by a UN Convention. @stuartl @greene
