@stuartl I think the distinction for me is that there isn’t a multimillion-dollar industry built by charismatic, smart-sounding people posing as authorities (even as legit healthcare workers!) to convince naive young adults on ebikes, who’ve only just learned to ride, that riding without a helmet is not only safe but MUCH SAFER than using one. Many of these people who’ve suffered freebirth tragedies are first-time moms trusting women who’ve given birth half a dozen times and claim to be experts.

The babies didn't elect to die at birth. They never got a chance to have vaccines denied for them. Nor did they ever get to experience riding a modified e-bike and endangering bystanders. A parent does not have the right to deny a child proper medical care. @stuartl @greene
