@pj the interview with Julia Mejia is a tough listen. Calling people arrogant while loudly refusing to *consider* the safety statistics of AVs is wildly shortsighted for a public servant. Robotaxi fleets are obviously a multifaceted issue, but Waymo Driver’s safety record is objectively better than humans.
