@atax1a there's apparently some page inspection going on to handle substack's "host on your own domain" feature as well; now we're up to one (1) regexone (1) querySelectorAll() call so clearly only some kind of supergenius UTF-8 nozzle powered by recommissioned fossil fuel generators could possibly work within this problem domain

@tully to build on this, you should be either using a separate browser or at least a different profile, with no or extremely limited number of browser extensions to do your online banking. For exactly the reason that some rando extension you forgot it active with all websites permissions or something gets hit in a supply chain attack or they owner sells out to someone who will update it to compromise you.
