Fermentation question: So, i watched several videos today on how to make fireweed tea etc. as well as how to adapt the process of making black tea to other plants. Now, i need to know two things; 1. Have any of you made alternatives teas with traditional methods? If so, what were they? 2. Would it be theoretically possible to do this with basil? Or has someone done this with basil? I feel like Thai basil would be a big candidate for tea making. #fermentation
