It looks like partidonacional.hn, the domain of Honduras' governing party, perished in April 2023 due to really bad domain managed (it expired and was swooped up by some guy from Bulgaria). This is a really stupid thing, but the linked email addresses were just party staff's personal Hotmail and iCloud addresses. I'm assuming renewal reminders were just missed, or the responsible staff member's iCloud got hijacked.
