@mszll @martinfleis @underdarkGIS I have been wondering the same. The terms very often seem to be used interchangeably. This old blog post provides some thoughts on the subject: http://basudebbhatta.blogspot.com/2010/02/spatial-and-geospatial.html?m=1. And a similar question was asked on researchgate: https://www.researchgate.net/post/Is_there_any_difference_between_Spatial_Analysis_and_Geospatial_Analysis

@ecodiv @mszll @martinfleis in practice, the terms are used synonymously, in my experience. Theoretically, of course, it would be possible to argue that geo is more specialized. And sometimes, i even see spatio-temporal analysis papers that are not geo-related
