Note: progesteron is assumed to only work well if paired with high estradiol levels, so getting progesteron means blocking the endo's endless attempts at reducing the estradiol prescription. Win!

@halla hmm. For years I’m keeping my estradiol levels at just about the barely recommend minimum. At one time it wasn’t enough, and the endo upped my dose. That was enough to be unable to function for two days a week thanks to constant headaches, so we agreed to lower my dose again 😐
