@halla hmm. For years I’m keeping my estradiol levels at just about the barely recommend minimum. At one time it wasn’t enough, and the endo upped my dose. That was enough to be unable to function for two days a week thanks to constant headaches, so we agreed to lower my dose again 😐

@smveerman Mine always tries to get me to agree to lower the dose, saying things like "the main thing we need to do now to grow old in a healthy way! After all, you're already an elderly woman."
