I have the kind of problem that AI agents and computerization *should* be able to solve with ease, but is apparently unable to The electfic motor on my SunJoe wood chipper died By inspection the motor brushes are kaput The SunJoe support AI agent tells me it is beyond its capability to tell me what the part number for the brush set is, or the dimensions I mic the brushes at ~13mm W x ~8mm H. Original length, dunno, maybe ~20mm? The Harffington catalog is a mess, and you can't simply filter by dimensions Also, they list item sometimes in decimal inches, sometimes in fractional inches, and sometimes in mm. Also, sometimes by LxWxH, sometimes by WxHxL, and sometimes by fuck alone knows. If Uxcell have a catalog, I can't find it. Hardware store online catalogs are no better
