@marsik @kudra IP is medium agnostic but has some centralized components (IP attribution, and DNS, at least) and it's clearly not designed to be 'secure' like when cyphering everything.
I find the idea of RT (https://reticulum.network/zenofreticulum.html) quite interesting

@daks @kudra Interesting? Yes. New? No. Have you heard about Onion that I mentioned in my previous answer? The encapsulation and routing protocol behind TOR network? Invented in 1990 - 1994 or so with the same idea. Persistent key based addresses - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/.onion DHT based routing with privacy and encryption - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Onion_routing It has been studied extensively in the last three decades. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tor_(network)#Attacks_and_limitations Reticulum feels VERY similar.
