We took a bag and a bucket home, too much... will do what we can with it. Tonight's dinner will involved trying it out cooked as a spinach alternative for the first time.
Plus also a pot of it dug out of the bed. I am hoping that this one survives through to seeding. I have popped it onto the jerusalem artichoke bed at home where it is welcome to seed as much as it likes. Plus then hopefully we can collect a bunch of our own seed for next season.

@yvan Well, in our climate it took the Claytonia about 4 years to make it through all garden beds across our 1300 m2 garden. You might want to be careful what you wish for... 🙂

@yvan good under raspberries and where you want to discourage other greens/weeds/grasses from germinating early spring and getting started
