@Canageek I use an extension to convert patroen posts to epub files, which probably isn't the best way to read a webcomic, but maybe at least better than the option you currently have?
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/webtoepub-for-baka-tsuki/ (it's also available for chrome-based browsers)
