I gotta put on some headphones, my laptop hardly reproduces the bass at all...
Saw Emmet Cohen at the Lodge Room a couple years ago with my wife and kids, it was an amazing show, everyone loved it. I gotta go look at The Lodge Room's calendar now because we haven't been in a half year or more.

@dlakelan My laptop is my music server, and drives a tiny Fossi Bluetooth amp that drives some decent speakers (including a subwoofer). Bebop heaven. Inversely, the cheap Sony BT headphones (WH-CH520) do the clarity thing for slightly larger groups. I wasn't expecting much from them but it's quite fun to be able to hear each voice clearly in music I normally listen to as a shmushed-up gestalt.
