This is also one of my most important "political goals", to make more people realise, that a better society with "better people" isn't only possible, but would make things easier for everyone.
There wouldn't be more struggle of "constantly having to stay a "high-performer"", but the ease of enjoying the fruits of what you've put in the effort to build.
For some of us, that "ease" had to be built, because that "efficiency" was necessary, for others it would free up valuable recources.

@hauchvonstaub Good read, thank you for sharing. IMO the gains from cultivating one's mind absolutely dwarf those made from cultivating one's body, as significant as the latter are. It's harder to define the goal and how to get there though. It doesn't help that negative elements present easy copouts disguised as answers, too. Stuff like the manosphere or the "wellness" industry.
