Usually events, but different institutions.
I actually googled and called the person, and they were really angry that I used "their" name as my e-mail-adress 🙄
I thought I was being nice, but they assumed I was doing something illegal...
After that, it got better. (But maybe that's just because, nowadays, architects have official adresses, not any random service - even though this was only maybe ten years ago, and I was quite surprised then that this person didn't have one then.)

@esthi Haha, reminds me of a random video where someone narrated some Instagram drama. 😄 A woman texted another one if she would free up her firstname.lastname handle, as she now got this name after marrying. The other woman kindly declined (as she obviously had the same name and was using the handle for a while). The first one then started insulting her and requested to see legal documents of her name. 😂 People will feel entitled to the weirdest things sometimes. 🤷
