Thank you. I found it after I zoomed out to 80% (default is 100%), otherwise it stayed off-screen. I've never had a web page act like that.

@IAmDannyBoling @CorvidCrone @theogrin yo I had the same problem and also had to zoom out to exactly 80%, so it's not just your setup
