@johncormier@cosocial.ca It looks to me like you misread that paragraph/post? To me his post sounds like he is saying that Trump tariffs changed the economics of the solar panels such that a deal that was perhaps less likely to occur became more economical. Like, nowhere in what he wrote even implied a lack of agency on the part of people in China or Pakistan. That sounds likes something you are projecting into the situation.
