@amiserabilist @wendinoakland we are considering options. My husband is monolingual so that’s an issue. Canada would be great, but immigration isn’t easy. I’d like to live Europe (EU country). But again, hard to migrate. My family have been here too long to claim citizenship by ancestry 😒

@amiserabilist @revndm Americans are trickling out. Sadly though it’s complicated and not especially cheap relocating to a new country. In our case the need was pressing and there was a very good visa available for us. Even so, it was a lot of work for Alan to complete, he called in favors and we had legal help from a close friend. There are opportunities — medical personnel are invited to Canada, for example. There are other visas available and passports if you can construct a hereditary family dossier…
