Not sure if I'm hat/tipping Andy Kershaw but I've been in an African music mood while cooking. Rachid Taha from the North, down to the Congo with Konono No 1 and KOKOKO!, then zipping to South Africa with The Joy.
Cooking that traditional African dish lasagne, BTW... But maybe a tagine and some derek tibs could happen next week!
