The very Scandinavian online experience of keeping up a conversation in English just in case someone else might want to join in, despite all currently involved people technically being able to understand each other in their respective native language.

@herzleid I have this experience IRL too, when one persons Swedish is not on top, and all others just switch to English and stays in English a while after the person has left the convo x)
