@S-Config Dillo has proxy support, but only HTTP not SOCKS. Notice that both HTTP and HTTPS traffic is sent via the HTTP proxy:

@dillo Ahh, it's a configuration option! Got it! And HTTP is perfectly fine for I2P, as the router does the heavy lifting of encrypting for the browser. This may be totally fine. I'll give it a try.
