Honestly, I haven't checked yet. Since it is Rolands flagship device, I expect I could prepare this in a DAW and fire it off via Midi. But my usual setup is me sitting in a camping chair with a small folding table on my lap.
I seriously want to limit the stuff I put on that table and yes, I'm fully aware that a TR-8S is a step in the wrong direction. 😅

@momo 😁 Ah sounds like that won't work unless you have something small to send midi commands. I use a Polyend Tracker to send midi commands as well as sync the clock etc and it also plays samples. There is a small version but understand that this is probably not the way you want to go
