After a brief issue with satellite communications, local contact has been established. Thirty minute power-down suggested by Houston, however, crew will decide and confirm a return to the nominal fifteen minute powerdown, given re-established communications.

Local Communications appear to be one-way, NASA initiating satellite phone call to the crew. Rebooting the ground radio. Here's hoping its not running Windows.
