@onsman It was short-sighted on their part. All the site changes in the last few years have felt very “ready, fire, aim.” It belies a certain lack of rigor in the organization, which is a signal to some folks how much their products and services can be trusted. Of course, I could just be grumpy to see yet another respectable accessibility consultancy turn into a hudge-/venture-funded money grap with no connection to the community it once championed. @SteveFaulkner
