This Matsushita capacitor is ~50 years old, and should be 47µF/25V, as labeled. Its actual capacitance as measured* is almost 78µF. Yay free extra capacitance! And even the ESR is low!
* Measuring capacity like this is not the same as "this capacitor can perform like this at the rated voltage and other specs". In this particular case, due to being out of spec and the reputation of these caps (they are leak-prone), it will have to be replaced and recycled.

@klausman voltage rating much lower than 25V, if capacitance has increased
