@anthropy got it inspected with microscope this monday and no signs of organic action there. did also check a film which has fungus and it is distinctively different from the film grain

@nosfe interesting! thanks for following up even though it's been a while, it's definitely really weird and neat! I guess since it's not a fungi and doesn't look biological it must be some kind of natural breakdown of the reactive chemicals in the layers, very cool to see it take on such fractal shapes
