I just had the pleasure of being invited to comment on the excellent report 'Can REF output quality scores be assigned by AI? Experimental evidence' by Mike Thelwall and colleagues http://cybermetrics.wlv.ac.uk/ai/Can_REF_output_quality_scores_be_assigned_by_AI.pdf.
