@natematias in hoping my contact didn't suggest abandoning them. That wasn't my intent. I think I'm suggesting they find another process to further research. Twitter can't be trusted based on what we are hearing.. Just my thought but thanks for pointing out what I missed.

@natematias @MacropodCare A more accurate analogy would be should environmentalists work from and legitimise ExxonMobil? Twitter is ExxonMobil. If you’re an environmentalist at ExxonMobil, ExxonMobil is not going to amplify your voice or give you an accurate representation of the world through the information they allow to reach you. They may, however, use your presence as PR to greenwash themselves and folks who care about the environment may think ExxonMobil is fine when they see you there.
