@Mespotine Generally, my hyperfocus has a context that has built up around it. If I've been working on it from a computer, I'll close out everything related to the focus. If it's music or some other craft, I'll completely put up everything related to that. The amount of effort required to set back up is usually enough to break the chain and let me do something else.
