A Bluetooth keyboard and mouse we got for my son for #christmas didn't work on his old hand-me-down #windows7 PC. But! Apparently, the set is compatible with Linux.
So, I'm installing Ubuntu for the first time ever. Wish me luck! 🤞🤞🤞

Success! Not only does it run, but the keyboard and mouse are compatible and connected. This should be a fun project for us both!

@McCulloch If you want something that's a little closer to the Windows look and function but also still feels like Linux, you might want to try Kubuntu (https://kubuntu.org/). It's based on Ubuntu but uses the KDE desktop instead of Ubuntu's unique interface style.
