Room and board, food and clothing, all basic needs provided, plus a stipend for personal spending.
All I would require is a specified minimum hours of service to me and my estate logged each week~

... Wait. Shit. THAT'S the reason Canonical Calyo could have an actual proper royal estate! 😄 It's not a flaunt of wealth. It's a place to keep and enrich those who've given themselves to her as servants. Maybe Calyo weekends and holidays at the estate but weeknights in her penthouse. 🤔
