@gnomon Infrastructure team: ... have you looked at how many failing tests that have been failing for months that some other groups have? (Now I'm curious what their metrics for 'resources used by failing tests' are telling them. And what such metrics could tell people if they were surfaced generally. Presumably a steady upward trend is bad news ...)
