@simonbp@social.linux.pizza Americans in rural areas know better than anyone else what being captive to a car only system means. They don't have choices right now, but that can change. Regional bus lines--as well as trains--would be a godsend to them.

@simonbp except those with high-end hotrods. They want more lanes and fewer speed limits, cuts down on plane use.
