question - what was the main objection your coop had to getting business loans from the bank? was it fear that they would impose some kind of ownership demand if the loan wasn't repaid, some kind of reporting demand or something else?

@floatybirb @bunkcomputer basically it just seemed like an unreasonable risk given how comparatively low the up front costs are to start a tech coop.
