@Steve There are some in my city, but none that I'm personally familiar with. As in I see them as points on the https://www.usworker.coop/directory/ map. What would you say the major points on the learning curve were?

    @floatybirb There are really two learning curves to climb at the same time: learning to run a business, and learning to operate horizontally. You need to talk to people who have done both, because people who have only done one tend to think you can't do both. Running a business calls for a lot of accountability, but operating horizontally means it has to be mutual accountability. Find someone who knows bookkeeping, whether that's in-house or on a consulting basis. We didn't, and we're still catching up to this day.
