@johnefrancis @kelidanovus Because this is Fedi, my first thought was you could easily attach a bunch of these things to a bike and have a calorie-powered ice cream making machine.
What I need is a bike stand that can power a battery that I can use to charge my car. Not nearly as efficient as just biking places or using public transportation, but when that’s not feasible this would be a nice alternative.

@WhiteCatTamer @johnefrancis @kelidanovus a EV uses about 1 kwh per 3 miles. An average cyclist generates about 100W. Ignoring efficiency loss (~50%) that's 10 hours of pedaling to charge an EV to drive 3 miles. So no, it's not practical to charge a car with a bicycle generator. Instead, 100W on a bicycle at 15 mph for 10 hours can take you 150 miles (in my experience, more like 100 mi due to stops). 150/3 is at least 50 times more efficient.
