Mastodon should have a Denglisch option. No more de_DE or en_US or whatever, it's time for de_en_DE. Not to be confused with en_DE, which is English wiz a terrible Djerman akzent.

@amberage it uses the ISO language codes, not POSIX locales, so no country named. Instead, you can use mul for multiple languages or the z codes.
