@heafnerj @raganwald @NudelnAlDente Was it Toast? I know they install App Clips (https://developer.apple.com/documentation/AppClip) when you pay by phone which is a weird system, but one that deletes itself after a short period.

@roguefoam @raganwald @NudelnAlDente That sounds familiar and *may* have been the one. I found the hidden app about a week after the fact as I recall.
