@catflyhigh @f4grx @dianea Fair enough, thanks. The door handle seems to go both behind and in front of the cat's leg, but it may be a trick of the light/whiskers. If it is real then I can't understand why anyone would put a three-level cat shelf on an external door. Especially when it appears that a cat's limb/tail could easily be crushed between the shelf and the wall/doorframe when the door is opened.
