@mhoye What's the old canard? Never underestimate the data transfer rate of a station wagon loaded full with magnet tape driving from A to B?

@ErgonWolf @mhoye We once calculated that the highest bandwidth channel across the Atlantic that was technically possible at the time, albeit with some latency, would be the QEII filled with CD ROMs.

@ErgonWolf @mhoye Eh... a cat running off with a modern SD card in its mouth has a higher bandwidth than a station wagon filled with old tapes.
