@spiegelmama @BLTpizza @finestructure will there be midterm elections that still deserve the name? What I hear from europe, they are working pretty busy to change election rules to exclude most married women with name changes...

@Reinald @BLTpizza @finestructure We'll see - the courts have been pretty good about holding the line. I admit, I'm trying to remain optimistic because it doesn't help anyone to assume the bad guys will always win. I think the best thing Europe can do is just to focus on its own national elections and keep out the right-wing extremists. Good luck to us all. We've got travails ahead.
