@jbrains in case you haven’t got any offers yet (and size of your group) I’d look at coworking spaces as they have bookable meeting rooms (e.g. collab space has 8 person room for $50/hour). I would also look at libraries and universities as they can sometimes provide slots for free or a lower fee, depending on what you’re doing.
